Spoiler alert: wake times aka wake windows are killing your vibe. I don't use them and will teach you why they are throwing off your nights!
Most of the advice about baby and toddler sleep talks about what happens *before* they sleep. We'll talk about what happens *after* and how that affects their wakings.
No one talks about their mindset when teaching your children new skills. Kids are mind readers and mindset is 80% of your battle in the middle of the night. You'll learn how to change that!
